FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Our first-class personalized planning service includes everything you need to bring your dream event to life. This is what we live to do.
During our initial consultation, we’ll dive into your inspiration, wishlist, and vision for the overall event experience. We’ll curate a custom timeline, layouts, design board, and vendor wishlist to serve as the foundation of your event and planning process.
Through our outstanding vendor network, we’ll handle vendor communication and deliver premium options, gather custom quotes, set private appointments, and negotiate the best experience. From tastings to rental design consultations, we’re with you every step of the process so you can sit back and relax while we handle the details and logistics.
Our event day execution is flawless. We’ll have up to three event managers on-hand ensuring attention to every detail and vendor, so you can relax, enjoy, and make precious memories to last a lifetime.
PARTIAL PLANNING
Commonly known as our design package. This includes everything in our Event Coordination package plus an additional 10 hours of consultation to use however you please. We see these hours used toward:
Design consultation and design board
Floral curation, communication, and booking
Catering consultation, including tasting(s), presentation mock-ups,
Rental assistance and event design rendering
Stationery wording and design
Handling any vendor conversations and curating invoices
EVENT COORDINATION
Looking for guidance while you navigate vendor communication and booking?
We’ll support you throughout the process and take over 8-10 weeks prior for stress-free execution. Our initial consultation explores your vision, timeline, and layout, as we create your game plan for vendor outreach and booking.
We’ll connect you with our outstanding vendor network and track your booking progress during our monthly check-in calls. 8-10 weeks prior to the wedding, we’ll take over all vendor communication, so you can relax and relish the time leading up to your special day.
We provide impeccable day-of-event execution with up to two event managers, as we handle every detail to keep your day stress-free and simply dreamy. Not to mention, no one will have to lift a finger as the Betts & Co team will handle everything.
